Seventy five million baby boomers are reaching an age whereby they are placing financial and social burdens on a large part of our American scene. Baby boomers are classified as being born from 1946-1964 and have made Philadelphia the oldest of the nation’s top 10 largest cities, with 19% over age 60. It seems that, even though everyone knew it was coming, no one prepared for it. Also, clever marketers of ineffective or dangerous products are cashing in on the boomers false hopes and anti-aging pills, creams and clinics are popping up all over the place.
